Established in 2005 by President The Human Welfare Foundation, the Human Welfare (HWFG ) convenes global leaders to create and implement innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. By fostering partnerships, providing strategic advice, and driving resources toward effective ideas, HWFG helps its members — organizations from the private sector, public sector, and civil society — to turn ideas into action.

HWFG Annual Meetings have brought together more than 15 well known technocrats, 20 social workers, 2 Industrialist and few top executives of leading companies, heads of foundations and NGOs, major philanthropists, and members of the media. HWFG members have made more than 20 commitments, which are already improving the lives of nearly 50 people in more than 2 states of India.To expand HWFG’s reach, President Anil Gupta Engineer launched HWFG (India), a meeting focused on collaborative solutions for betterment of basic education especially in Rural Villages of India and which brings together undergraduate and graduate students to address pressing challenges in Rural India in poor , weaker and handicapped children of the society.
